Thank you for using HB as your cleaning service. Please read over our policies and guidelines and let us know if you have any questions.

Why Does The First Time Cleaning Cost More?

It usually takes us longer to clean the house the first time because there are areas of the home that we will be cleaning that haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. We only charge extra if extra time will be required.

Do You Send The Same Team Every Time My Home Is Cleaned?

We try to, but that doesn’t always work out. All of the maids provide the same consistent service to every customer. We permanently document on your file so no matter what team we send, they will know everything about your home.


Do You Check The Background Of Your House Cleaners?

Yes we do, house cleaners must be bondable, which means no felony convictions. We also do random drug testing.


Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 24 hours and we will be glad to rectify any problems free of charge. Refunds are not available.


What If I Need To Reschedule/Cancellation An Appointment?

Please call our office at least 48 hours in advance.


Payment Policy

Cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card only) are accepted. If you are paying with check or cash, a credit card is still required to be on file to reserve your spot on the schedule. If we receive the payment via check or cash then your card will not be processed. However, if payment is forgotten, the credit card will be charged the day after the cleaning, unless you contact the office in advance for other arrangements. The credit card is also charged if any cancellation fees apply to your account. Our services are due upon receipt and no credit accounts are available.

 

Do You Carry Insurance For Damage?

Yes, we are Bonded and Insured and do take responsibility for any breakage or damages that is caused by our maids on the property. The maids are rewarded for honesty, and all breakage is reported immediately, and then relayed to customer.


Lock-Out Policy

Lock-outs can happen due to storm doors locked, forgotten keys, etc. After the first incident we reserve the right to charge our minimum service visit payable by the next cleaning date.


 What About My Pets?

We are pets friendly. We make a concerted effort to greet your pet(s) and establish a comfortable relationship to ensure the least amount of stress that can be caused by new people in their environment. If you think your pet(s) may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements (such as the garage, a kennel, or a closed off room) while we are in your home.
