We offer commercial and residential cleaning services, including, but not limited to, deep cleaning, regular maintenance, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and common area cleaning. The details and scope of each service will be agreed upon in advance with the client.
2. Hiring Services
Hiring our services can be done through direct contact, phone, email, or our website. By hiring our services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices for our services are agreed upon prior to the completion of any work. In some cases, prices may vary depending on the specific conditions of the location (size, level of dirt, etc.). Payment is made upon completion of the services provided, unless another type of payment has been agreed upon in advance.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is not completely satisfied with the work performed, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We promise to return within 24 hours to correct any issues at no additional cost. If the client remains dissatisfied, we may offer financial compensation as appropriate.
5. Access to Property
The client must ensure that the cleaning staff has adequate access to all areas agreed upon for cleaning. If access to restricted areas is required, the client must provide the appropriate keys or access codes.
6. Liability
Although our team takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, H&B Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing minor damage or unspecified items of value that have not been mentioned by the client prior to commencing service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation or rescheduling is made outside of this time frame, a cancellation fee may apply.
8. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information handled during the provision of our services, including any personal, financial or property-related data.
9. Modifications
H&B Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the client before the next service is performed.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Texas and any related disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
